Delete your ShortMovies account

You can delete your account and all its data at any time. This removes your profile, email, saved series, watch history, coins and unlocked episodes. It can’t be undone.

On the website

Sign in, then go to Account → Account settings → Delete account.

In the app

Open Profile → Settings → Delete account.

By email

Write to info@shortmovies.io from the email of your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 30 days.

What we keep

Records of purchases are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Subscriptions bought in the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled there.
